نظمت الكلية التقنية ذي قار بطولة خماسي كرة القدم بين مؤسسات الدولة في المحافظة
البطولة التي رعاها عميد الكلية الاستاذ الدكتور باقر تركي عطية شهدت منافسة كبيرة بين الفرق المشاركة على المراكز المتقدمة والتي لعبت ضمن نظام التسقيط الفردي .

حيث تغلب فريق الكلية التقنية ذي قار على فريق مجلس محافظة ذي قار (٥-  ٤)
وأكد السيد مسؤول شعبة النشاطات الطلابية السيد حسن طارش تاغي الى  استمرار البطولة على ملعب الكلية في ليالي رمضان المبارك
