بأشراف مباشر من قبل السيد عميد الكلية الاستاذ الدكتور باقر تركي عطية
قام قسم تقنيات المحاسبة بعدة حملات توعوية وتعليمية عن مضار التدخين   ومحاربة المخدرات والمواد التدريسية في المحاسبة
وكانت الحملة عبارة عن بوسترات وملصقات توعوية عن
1- التدخين وهو السبب الأول للإصابة بسرطان الرئة وتصلب الشرايين وكيفية الإقلاع عنه
2- محاربة المخدرات والابتعاد عنها ونشر ثقافة عدم تعاطي المخدرات وعدم الاحتكاك
واخصت  التعليمية
1- التكاليف وتصنيفها و عناصرها
٢- الدوره المحاسبيه وخطواتها
٣- واعمال التاجر والمستندات المحاسبيه
٤- المبادئ والفروض والمحددات المحاسبيه
تهدف الحملة التي أعدها السيدة م. م موج عباس جاسم رئيس قسم تقنيات المحاسبة والسيد م. حسن طالب هاشم التدريسي في القسم إلى تسليط الاضوأء على توعية وتعليم طلبة القسم
