The Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at Thi-Qar Technical College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassan Talib Hashim, received today, Thursday, August 21, 2025, Eng. Mohammed Hadi Mashi, Senior Chief Engineer and representative of the Office of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, under the direct guidance of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Hamid Naeem Al-Ghazi.

The visit came within the framework of following up on the file of allocating the land of Thi-Qar Technical College, after the recent visit of the College’s Dean, Prof. Dr. Hussein Tuqan Abdullah, to the Office of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, with the aim of expediting procedures and overcoming obstacles to complete the project’s requirements.

During the meeting, the Assistant Dean emphasized the College’s keenness to finalize this file due to its significant impact on the stability of the College’s infrastructure and the provision of a suitable academic environment for students and staff.

For his part, the representative of the Secretary-General’s Office stressed the Secretariat’s interest in monitoring this matter, expressing readiness to provide the necessary support and coordinate with the relevant authorities in order to accelerate the completion of the land allocation in favor of the College.
