The Women’s Affairs Unit at Dhi Qar Technical College organized an awareness campaign on early detection of breast cancer, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote health awareness and educate women on the importance of early screening in prevention and treatment.

The campaign was supervised by Ms. Iman Kareem Hussein, Head of the Women’s Affairs Unit, with the participation of a group of the college’s female staff members. Informational brochures were distributed containing guidance on self-examination and regular medical check-ups for early detection of the disease, which significantly increases recovery rates.

The college administration emphasized that this campaign is part of a series of initiatives aimed at supporting women’s health and raising community awareness about serious diseases and methods of prevention.
