The President of the Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, visited Dhi Qar Technical College, where he was received by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hussein Tukan Abdullah, along with a number of faculty members and staff.

The visit included a field tour of the college’s facilities, classrooms, and scientific laboratories, as well as a review of the educational and service environment and an assessment of the most significant needs and requirements for the development of academic and administrative work.

The University President praised the efforts exerted by the college administration and its staff in supporting the educational process and providing a suitable environment for students. He emphasized the importance of continuing to work in a spirit of cooperation and enhancing both academic and service standards in line with the aspirations of the Southern Technical University.

For his part, the Dean of the College expressed his appreciation for the visit, noting that it reflects the university presidency’s commitment to monitoring the work of its colleges and gaining direct insight into their realities. He affirmed the college’s continued efforts to develop its infrastructure and advance its academic performance in a manner that serves students and supports the educational mission.
