The Dean of Thi-Qar Technical College, Professor Dr. Hussein Tukan Abdullah, honored today, Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the Head of the Accounting Techniques Department, Asst. Lecturer Ali Hassan Kamil, in recognition of his accomplishment in developing a special program for allowances and promotions. The program has contributed to improving administrative procedures and enhancing institutional accuracy within the college.

During the ceremony, the Dean praised the efforts made by the department head in adopting creative initiatives that keep pace with technological advancement and serve the administrative sector.
