The Dean of Thi-Qar Technical College, Prof. Dr. Hussein Twkan Abdullah, received a letter of appreciation and commendation from His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in recognition of his outstanding scientific contributions and achievements in publishing research papers in top-ranked international journals.

This honor comes in line with the Ministry’s efforts to advance the progress of higher education and scientific research in Iraq and to support academic excellence that strengthens the global standing of Iraqi universities and academic institutions.

It also reflects the Dean’s dedication to academic and administrative work and his continuous efforts to support students and enhance the quality of education at Thi-Qar Technical College.
