The Dean of the Thi-Qar Technical College, Professor Dr. Hussein Twakan Abdullah, received the Director of the Communications and Informatics Directorate in the province, Dr. Eng. Hussein Mohi Hariz, during an official visit to the college aimed at strengthening cooperation and coordination in preparation for the upcoming conference on digital transformation to be held in the ancient city of Ur.

During the visit, the two parties discussed ways to enhance coordination and collaboration between the college and the directorate to support the success of the conference’s activities and achieve its objectives in promoting digital transformation and developing technical competencies in the province.

Professor Dr. Hussein Twakan Abdullah emphasized the importance of such visits in reinforcing partnerships between academic and governmental institutions, while Dr. Eng. Hussein Mohi Hariz expressed the readiness of the Communications and Informatics Directorate to provide technical and administrative support to ensure the success of the conference.
