Thi-Qar Technical College held a meeting to discuss the research paper prepared for the National Conference on Digital Transformation, scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 23, 2025. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hussein Tukan Abdullah, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Students, Assistant Professor Dr. Shouqi Khalaf Mohammed, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Talib Hashim, and the heads of the academic departments.

The meeting included a presentation on the “Our Government” (Orr) digital platform, one of the leading digital initiatives in the field of government service automation in Dhi Qar Governorate. The presentation reviewed the platform’s operating mechanism and its objectives in simplifying procedures, enhancing transparency, and promoting e-governance.

The participants also discussed the themes and objectives of the research paper, emphasizing the importance of digital transformation in improving institutional operations and academic services. The discussion highlighted how digitalization contributes to supporting the modern directions of technical education and strengthening the college’s position within the national digital transformation framework.
