The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Unit at Thi-Qar Technical College, in cooperation with the Department of Electromechanical Systems Engineering Technologies, organized a workshop entitled “Performance Evaluation under the Bologna Process.”
The workshop included an introduction to the Bologna Process and the necessary procedures to ensure the quality of its implementation. It also focused on the Academic Performance Indicator Form for faculty members as a tool for evaluating performance and achieving the quality assurance goals of the process, namely teaching quality assurance, learning quality assurance, and international faculty development.
The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Khafif Obeid and attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Talib Hashim, along with several faculty members and staff of the college. The session featured productive interaction and discussions on ways to enhance academic performance quality in line with the requirements of the Bologna Process.
