Thi-Qar Technical College Prepares for the Launch of the National Digital Transformation Conference

Thi-Qar Technical College is preparing to launch the activities of the National Digital Transformation Conference, scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and with the participation of a number of national and academic figures from various universities and government institutions.

This conference comes within the framework of the Ministry of Higher Education’s efforts to support digital transformation and the adoption of modern technologies in management, education, and services. It aims to highlight the role of ministries in building Iraq’s digital infrastructure and to enhance integration between governmental and academic institutions to achieve comprehensive digital advancement.

The conference also seeks to present strategic visions and developmental initiatives that contribute to improving institutional performance and supporting e-transformation projects across different sectors, thereby strengthening the path toward sustainable development in the country.

The Dean of Thi-Qar Technical College, Prof. Dr. Hussein Tuqan Abdullah, affirmed that this conference represents an important national step toward promoting a culture of digital transformation within governmental and educational institutions and toward openness to pioneering experiences in modern technology.
