The Department of Accounting Technologies at Thi-Qar Technical College organized a workshop titled “The Role of the Graduation Project Supervisor in the Department of Accounting Technologies”, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Rashid Hameed Mazeed and Dr. Emad Farhood Mohi.

The workshop aimed to highlight the pivotal role of the graduation project supervisor in guiding students throughout the stages of preparing their research, ensuring adherence to scientific methodology and research integrity.

It addressed several key topics, including selecting the research topic, formulating the research problem, providing academic supervision, monitoring research progress, avoiding plagiarism, adhering to research ethics, and applying evaluation criteria for graduation projects and the quality of academic outputs.

The workshop witnessed active participation from faculty members, featuring constructive discussions on developing research supervision mechanisms to enhance the quality of education and improve the department’s academic outcomes.
