Professor Dr. Hussein Tawkan Abdullah, Dean of Thi Qar Technical College, paid an official visit to the Engineering Technical College at Al-Ain Iraqi University to extend his congratulations and best wishes to its Dean, Professor Dr. Rafid Sakban, on the occasion of his academic promotion to the rank of Professor.
