The Department of Accounting Technologies at Thi Qar Technical College, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, organized a training course entitled “Entrepreneurship and Management of Small and Medium Enterprises.”
The first day of the course included important introductory topics focusing on the concepts of entrepreneurship and the importance of small and medium enterprises in supporting the national economy and creating job opportunities. It also highlighted the role of graduates in transforming entrepreneurial ideas into successful and implementable projects.
The course was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Zaid Iyad Ali and Assistant Lecturer Rawaa Mohsen Lafta, who provided a comprehensive explanation supported by practical examples. An open discussion session was held to answer students’ questions and clarify the most prominent challenges that entrepreneurs may face during the early stages of establishing projects.
This course comes as part of a series of training activities organized by the college, aimed at qualifying students and graduates and equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to enter the labor market with confidence and competence.
