Professor Dr. Hussein Tawkan Abdullah, Dean of Thi Qar Technical College, conducted an evening field tour of the college’s buildings and facilities to review the progress of the ongoing rehabilitation and maintenance works and follow up on the necessary preparations for welcoming the new academic year.

The tour included a number of buildings, service facilities, and civil defense posts. The Dean followed up on the stages of the maintenance and rehabilitation works and the full readiness to deal with emergency situations, directing that the works be completed according to the specified schedules in a manner that ensures the provision of a suitable university environment for students, teaching staff, and employees.

The Dean emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts during the coming period and improving the level of services and facilities at the college in a way that contributes to providing an appropriate educational environment and welcoming the new academic year in the best possible manner.

This tour comes as part of the continuous field follow-up by the College Deanship of rehabilitation and development projects and works, and its commitment to improving the infrastructure and services provided at the college.
