The Dean of Thi Qar Technical College, Professor Dr. Hussein Tawkan Abdullah, paid a visit to the New Thi Qar City Project (Real Estate Developer) to gain a first-hand insight into the current status of the residential project and the services it provides to beneficiaries.
The Dean was received by representatives of the project’s real estate developer, who provided a detailed briefing on the stages of project completion, the types of available residential units and plots, as well as the services, infrastructure, and facilities included in the project.
During the visit, Professor Dr. Hussein Tawkan Abdullah also discussed with the project management the possibility of enabling employees of Thi Qar Technical College to benefit from the available residential units or plots, as well as installment plans and financial facilities. This initiative aims to provide suitable housing options for college employees in a manner consistent with their financial capabilities.
The visit comes as part of the administration’s commitment to addressing the needs of its staff and exploring opportunities and initiatives that may contribute to improving their social and living conditions, including providing suitable homeownership opportunities through affordable installment arrangements.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Dean expressed his appreciation for the efforts being made to develop the project, emphasizing the importance of studying the available options in a way that serves the college’s staff and enhances their opportunities to obtain suitable housing within an integrated residential project with comprehensive services.
