As part of its commitment to supporting academic excellence and strengthening the scientific standing of its faculty members, the Dean of Thi Qar Technical College, Professor Dr. Hussein Towkan Abdullah, presented the official university order promoting Assistant Lecturer Yaseen Ali Sayhood to the academic rank of Lecturer.
