The Information Technology Division at Thi Qar Technical College organized a scientific workshop entitled “Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities on the Horizon and Real-World Challenges,” prepared and delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed Fayadh, as part of the college’s programs aimed at keeping pace with the rapid developments in modern technologies.
The workshop addressed the concept of artificial intelligence and its key areas of application, highlighting the opportunities it offers in developing education and scientific research and improving institutional performance efficiency. It also discussed the real-world challenges related to ethical and technical aspects, as well as its impact on the labor market.
The workshop aimed to enhance scientific awareness among participants and develop their capacities to engage with artificial intelligence technologies in a conscious and responsible manner, contributing to the support of innovation pathways and digital transformation within educational institutions.
